15th Anniversary

Picture it … Quebec City, 1998, thirty people gathered in a room to discuss the idea of HIV and rehabilitation for the first time and what that was all about.

Present in the room were people living with HIV, AIDS service organization representatives, government, program and policy-makers, teachers, researchers, rehabilitation and other health care providers. All had an interest, but were unsure of the connection between rehabilitation and HIV prevention, treatment, care and support and the role of each person in the room.

In our 15th year (2013), we took the time to reflect back and look forward!
