Present in the room were people living with HIV, AIDS service organization representatives, government, program and policy-makers, teachers, researchers, rehabilitation and other health care providers. All had an interest, but were unsure of the connection between rehabilitation and HIV prevention, treatment, care and support and the role of each person in the room.
