Realize is hosting an ancillary event at the Canadian Association for HIV Research (CAHR) Conference in Winnipeg to share knowledge and perspectives on Artificial intelligence (AI) in HIV research. The use of AI is increasing and its effects on community-based HIV research (CBR) and program evaluation are already evident. Grounded in CBR principles and lived experience, the session will explore how AI may affect:
- Community engagement
- Research participation
- Capacity building
- The interpretation and use of findings
