Realize will be hosting a virtual national workshop on creating inclusive workplaces for women and gender-diverse people with episodic disabilities. Our exciting new workshop has been developed to help employers, managers, supervisors, and HR staff build awareness and create meaningful change surrounding accessibility and accommodation in Canadian workplaces. The session will spotlight individuals with lived experience of autism and neurodivergence at work. We will share important statistics and provide resources and tips on how to create accessible and inclusive work environments for neurodivergent women and gender-diverse people.
