With your support, Realize is finding ways to challenge and change the uncertainties people face living with HIV and other episodic disabilities. Our work on HIV, aging and disability and our work with managers and human resource professionals to improve outlooks for people living with episodic disabilities in the workplace are examples of how you are helping to change the quality-of-life for so many people.
