Charles Furlotte is an Assistant Professor in the School of Social Work at St. Thomas University. He was the Lead Researcher on HIV & Aging: A 2013 Environmental Scan of Programs and Services in Canada, conducted at the request of fellow members of theNational Coordinating Committee on HIV and Aging (NCC).
Mary M has been living with HIV since 1991. She has been a Peer Researcher on many community-based research projects (wHEALTH, Ontario HIV Stigma Index) and co-facilitates Realize’s HIV and Aging Course for pre-entry-to-practice healthcare professionals.
Alphonso King Jr. is the Founder of both POZPLANET Magazine and the POZ-TO Awards – an award show, now in its 9th year, that recognizes HIV/AIDS activists and those working in the field. He is also a member of the Financial Empowerment for Healthy Aging with HIV research team led by Realize.
