At Realize, we recognize that Indigenous communities face unique and intersectional barriers when living with HIV and other episodic disabilities.  

Through our work—like the IDEAL Community Consultations and our ongoing efforts in inclusion, accessibility, and equity—we aim to listen, learn, and support initiatives that center Indigenous voices and experiences. 

We are committed to Truth and Reconciliation, and to fostering systems that value and uplift the health, dignity, and leadership of Indigenous peoples.
