HIV and Hepatitis C can be considered “episodic disabilities”. That’s because periods of good health may be interrupted by periods of illness or disability. The Canadian Working Group on HIV and Rehabilitation (CWGHR) is currently conducting a short survey seeking input on the development of cross-disability networks in Canada to address the need of people living with HIV/HCV and other episodic disabilities.
