Your donation to Realize will support ground-breaking work on Healthy Aging and Optimal Health, and Wellbeing for people living with HIV and Meaningful Social Inclusion for people living with a wide range of episodic disabilities (including those related to HIV, Long COVID, Diabetes and many other conditions). This latter work includes our work on episodic disabilities and employment – work that has gained increased traction and recognition during the COVID pandemic as Canada’s employers have had to find new ways of finding and keeping staff.
