As part of the ongoing work being done to keep our communities safe, the Toronto HIV and Mental Health Network is presenting the webinar Mindfulness and Self-Compassion by Judy Waldman on May 14th 2020, 10am-12pm (EST) over Zoom.
The workshop will outline the benefits of mindfulness and how it affects the brain, ways that mindfulness and self-compassion can support frontline workers experiencing burnout and stress, and invite participants to do some mindfulness exercises. We hope this presentation will offer an opportunity for recharge and renewal.
Date: Thursday May 14th
Time: 10a.m – 12p.m.
Speaker: Judy Waldman, RN, MN, NP-PHC, RYT
