Realize is hosting the 2nd National Youth Summit on Episodic Disabilities and Employment on March 7, 2026 from 10:00am to 4:00pm (Eastern Time). This year’s hybrid event will focus on The Future of Work, addressing topics such as:

    • The impact of ‘return to office’ mandates for young people living with episodic disabilities
    • The impact of AI on work and disability accommodation
    • Perspectives from young people living with episodic disabilities
    • And more!
