Realize and CILAR are inviting you to the launch of IDEAL As Innovation—a new project focused on building more inclusive workplaces for visible minorities living with episodic disabilities.

People of colour living with episodic disabilities experience unique and compounded challenges due to overlapping factors making it harder for them to receive support, resources, and employment opportunities.

Participants will gain actionable knowledge to improve accessibility, ensuring that Black, Indigenous, and other people of colour living with episodic disabilities have equal opportunities to engage, participate, and thrive in professional spaces.
