Realize will be hosting a workshop in partnership with ODEN (Ontario Disability Employment Network).

This workshop will educate employers, managers, and human resources staff on the experience of women living and working with episodic disabilities.

Date: April 15, 2026
Time: 12:00 pm ET to 1:30 pm ET
Location: Virtual on Zoom

We will share important statistics on the realities of being a women with an episodic disability in Canadian workplaces. There will be a guest speaker sharing about their lived experience, as well as helpful tips and tricks on how to become a more truly inclusive and accessible workplace for women working with episodic disabilities.
